Hello special ones,
I wanted to share something with you that happened a week ago. We had just come home from the most wonderful ministry time in the Philippines, and I was having "jet lag." I would wake wide awake at 2:03:00 am and would want to go to sleep at 6:00 pm. Last weekend I had to prepare for a two hour Jr. High science class. I was just exhausted. Some times last year it would take me 12 hours to prepare. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and I had done some studying before, but I was just too tired and so I prayed that the Lord would help me as He had in the past, and I would trust Him. In the middle of the night He woke me up and showed me what to do.... some new things that I had never done before. I went back to sleep. I got up early and organized my things still trusting the Lord each step of the way. We had science. It was so fun and a real learning experience for all. I happened to look at the clock as we finished. It was exactly 11:00 not two minutes of or five minutes after. It was exactly two hours. Only the Lord could have had it planned to the very minute, because I was not watching the clock. "I immediately thanked Him. How faithful and awesome our gracious Lord is. He is the God of all comfort.
Today, we went by a post office by my Mom's house to drop off some letters. It is Sunday so they had locked the doors. One of the letters had a thirty-three cent stamp on it. We went by another post office that we know was open to use the stamp machine. My husband took the letter in. Someone had left a 3 cent stamp so we just needed to purchase one cent. I also went grocery shopping yesterday and did not get cranberry juice because it was too expensive. When I went to a different store by my Mom's to get groceries for her, they had cranberry juice on sale two for the price of one, and one free!!! Thank You Lord that You care about everything, even the painful things. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows Is. 53. Thank You to the God of gods who cares more than any of us realize. Have a great day in the Lord special ones. You are truly loved.
