We were going to the AZ. Home School Conference Fair, but we never made it. I wound up in ER and then in the hospital with a kidney infection along with other things. I have only one kidney so it was serious, as I had let it go and not realized what was happening because of being busy teaching and with the site. I guess we will work backwards as I have not had the strength to write yet have so much to share.
I read this scripture this morning, as I am reading through Job again. He is a man of real integrity. I read this this morning, but tonight as I read it again it became even more real.
"You have granted me life, and favor; and Your visitation has preserved my spirit." Job 10:12. I could have died a week ago. I have been so extremely weak. Only one more day on the medicine. But You Lord, granted me life again, you saved me just as you said from the wrath of my enemies. (Ps. 138:8) YOU granted me life, and how I praise You. Help me to live each day You grant to me to glorify You and fulfill Your purpose. Forgive me for taking life so for granted.
You not only granted me life, but Your favor. Thank You Lord. How we need that. And Your visitation, Your powerful presence that makes me fall on my face and worship, thank You for the visitation again today. "Thou hast set before me a path of like. In Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." Ps. 16:11. Thank You thank You for granting me Your abundant life and favor. You have watched over, cared for and guarded my spirit. How can we ever say thank You to such an awesome God. I guess that is why eternity is forever. It will take us that long to thank you and praise You enough. (cybersmile) We love and adore You Lord.
